Get an edge over the competition - whether your son or daughter is just starting out, or is being recruited by the top colleges, we have a coach for them.
Choose from defense, midfield, attack, goalie, and face-off specialists.
Just a few of the skills that our coaches will cover…
Boys
Catching, checking, poke check, slap check, wrap check, cradling, cutting, feeding, passing, scooping, screening, shooting, stick protection, man up and man down concepts and strategies, one on ones
Girls
Cradling, catching, checking, cutting, dodging, passing, pick-ups, shooting, stick protection, playing concepts and strategies, control and body positioning
Our coaches also give your son or daughter the skills and techniques to practice on their own and in between lessons.
Choose from one time private session, or weekly sessions.
We cannot stress enough the importance of your child keeping their lacrosse skills sharp and continuing to learn and grow in the “off season”.
We only employ top high school, college, and professional coaches from Long Island.

*Rates are based on coach’s experience. Private sessions are one on one training, and one hour long. (Longer sessions are available upon request.) Base rate starts at $45.
